Are your beauty products cruelty-free?
Yes, BPI is committed to ethical beauty. All of our products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, BPI ships to over 20 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
