At BPI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and skincare items cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
